Eduardo is a founding partner and patent adviser at GALBAIAN. He has extensive experience in patentability analysis, drafting and prosecution of Spanish, European and international patent applications and utility models, opposition to the granting of patents, and infringement risk and patent validity studies. He has also served as an expert in legal proceedings and offers advice on industrial property management and strategy.<\/p>\n

Eduardo is a lecturer in training courses on patents for both working professionals and university students and as a speaker at various forums, seminars, and conferences on patents.<\/p>\n

The guide \u201cIAM Patent 1000 \u2013 The World\u2019s Leading Patent Professionals\u201d has cited Eduardo as a recommended patent attorney since 2020: https:\/\/www.iam-media.com\/directories\/patent1000\/rankings\/spain <\/a><\/p>\n

Before founding GALBAIAN, Eduardo worked as an R&D technician in digital electronics for Fagor Automation for five years and, later, as a patent adviser in the Department of Industrial Property of the Fagor Group for seven years.
