Idoia has been a partner and IP adviser at GALBAIAN since 2012. Before joining GALBAIAN, Idoia worked for seven years at the University of Navarra and then for six years at Progenika Biopharma in the Areas of R&D&i Management, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs, which helped her to know first-hand the business reality.<\/p>\n

Her practice focusses on providing a comprehensive service on IP, and her areas of specialisation include chemistry, biotechnology, food, and health.
\nSince 2015, she has also headed activities related to IP management and exploitation of GALBAIAN\u2019s clients, assessing about the integration of IP into innovation processes and business models of GALBAIAN\u00b4s clients and also in licensing and sale of IP negotiation processes.<\/p>\n

Idoia is a speaker at various forums, seminars, and conferences on patents. She is invited lecturer and teacher in several Degrees and Masters of the University of Mondragon.<\/p>\n

In 2021 the guide \u201cIAM Strategy 300: The World\u2019s Leading IP Strategists 2021\u201d has included Idoia in the list of IP Strategists. This list identifies the individuals who are leading the way in the development and implementation of strategies that maximise the value of IP portfolios.<\/p>\n

She is currently a member of the Valuation Committee of LES Espa\u00f1a-Portugal.
