We are a team of highly qualified and specialised professionals in Intellectual Property (IP). We have ten technical experts in IP, all of them with a higher technical qualification (nine engineers and one doctor in pharmacy), among whom eight are European Patent Attorneys, five have also obtained the title of “European Patent Litigator” and three of them are also Official Industrial Property Agents. In addition, we have a legal department with two IP lawyers, one of them an Official Industrial Property Agent, and a prosecution team that includes two paralegals with the “European Patent Administration Certificate”.
