Our colleagues Elena Zabala and Jorge Santiago have passed all the exams corresponding to the EQE (“European Qualifying Examination”) and will therefore be European Patent Attorneys as soon as they register on the list of professional representatives of the EPO (“European Patent Office”). In this way, we already are eight European Patent Attorneys in Galbaian: Ismael Igartua, Eduardo González, Amaia Sarasola, Mireia Ansoategi, Idoia Apraiz, Aitziber Santamaria, Elena and Jorge.
Galbaian continues to be by far the Basque Intellectual Property firm with the largest number of European Patent Attorneys.
