Our colleagues Mireia Ansoategi and Idoia Apraiz have obtained the European Patent Litigator Certificate at the Polytechnic University of Milan. In this way, in addition to learning more about patent practice in countries such as Germany, the United Kingdom and France, they have become familiar with the unitary patent system, which has been in place since June 1. This certificate will allow them to act as representatives before the Unified Patent Court.

Mireia and Idoia thus join Eduardo González and Amaia Sarasola, who obtained the certificate in 2022, and Ismael Igartua, European Patent Litigator since 2019.
